In SnagIt (a screen-capture utility), there is a setting where you can take a screenshot of a web page and it will retain the links. So "soon enough" is probably "some time ago." :)

Most people don't bother getting a specific screen-capture program, although I don't know why. They're a lot easier to use (and generate good content out of) than the Print Screen key and using an image editor...
